Rosemary Punch recipe

Description

Rosemary is not normally associated with a tea punch. The taste of the pineapple juice is however, enhanced with the addition of rosemary. Add some gingerale and you have a sparkling punch to satisfy the most discerning of guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of ginger ale
  • 12 oz frozen pineapple juice
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 handfuls of rosemary, dried

Procedure

Add the rosemary to the water and bring to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Allow to cool and filter out the rosemary. Add the pineapple juice and ginger ale right before serving.
