Description
By itself, mint can be a great tea. Add fennel and lemon balm and you have something extraordinary. Besides just being a refreshing beverage, this is good for a stomach upset too.
Ingredients
- 8 oz fennel seeds
- 8 oz lemon balm leaves
- 8 oz peppermint leaves
Procedure
Store the leaves in an airtight container after thoroughly mixing them together. For each cup of tea, take 1 tsp per cup of water. Bring the water to boil, add the mixture and brew for about 10 minutes. Filter out the leaves and serve hot.
