Description

If one can have Irish coffee, surely, one can have Irish Tea too? Particularly when it is very easy to make with just freshly made hot tea and your favorite Irish whisky.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 oz milk or cream
  • 1 tbsp loose tea or a tea bag
  • 1 oz Irish whisky

Procedure

Steep the tea in hot water for two to three minutes. Filter out the tea, add the other ingredients and serve.
