Hot Tea Grog recipe

Description

This is a spicy cocktail with tea, cognac, rum and cloves that give an exquisite flavor. Sure to be a major change from the usual run of the mill cocktails.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed tea
  • Several cloves
  • ½ tsp honey
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 oz cognac and
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Procedure

Heat all the ingredients in a saucepan except the cinnamon stick. Serve hot with a cinnamon stick in a mug.
