Catnip and Chamomile recipe

Description

Contrary to popular perception, catnip is not meant only for cats. After a hard day of toil, this herbal combination of chamomile, lemon balm and catnip will perk you up like nothing else will!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried lemon balm
  • ½ cup dried catnip
  • ¼ cup dried mint
  • ¼ cup dried lemon grass
  • ¾ cup dried chamomile

Procedure

Combine all the herbs and store in an airtight container. For each cup of tea, take 2 tsp of the mixture, brew in boiling water for about five minutes, filter and serve.
