A cocktail with tea as an ingredient, this delightful offering is sure to add a tiger’s roar with its flavors of bitters and cognac. A very different offering from the usual.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz cognac
  • 2 drops of aromatic bitters
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar syrup
  • 4 oz cold tea

Procedure

Just mix the whole lot and serve over crushed ice with lemon wedges.
