About Tea

Black Tea
Black tea is a variety of tea that is more oxidized than the oolong, green, and white varieties.

Green Tea
Green tea is a type of tea made solely with the leaves of Camellia sinensis, that has undergone minimal oxidation during processing.

White Tea
White tea is the most delicate of all teas. White tea is made from the buds and young leaves of the tea plant. The leaves of this tea type are picked from the bush in the early spring before they fully open.

Oolong Tea
Oolong tea is semi-fermented, which means that oolong tea undergoes some degree of oxidation or fermentation that places it between the green and black tea varieties.
